I feel like my life is coming undone at the seams. I’m losing control over every little thing, and I have no motivation to do anything about it. I’m skipping class to sleep in, I don’t do my homework because I’d rather watch shows on my computer or go out to eat or talk to my parents. I’m failing my stats class, which means I will probably have to spend another year at a jc because I am just not keeping up with school. I haven’t been to church since before christmas, and I don’t know why. I moved out, and even though that was a huge change, I still feel like I’m doing the same thing every day, and I need to make an even bigger change. I feel like there’s something else I should be doing, something bigger, something better. I haven’t figured it out yet, but hopefully I will soon.

Christmas wish list…for Carolyn

  • music box
  • any kind of box really
  • a book you think i’ll like
  • a movie i’ve been wanting to get (last HP, or dirty dancing:havana nights)
  • anything “warm” (can make me warm on the inside) but, not like a vibrator or anything…that would be weird
  • outside kind of warm: a scarf, cute long socks, comfy slippers, or cardigans
  • or just a gift card to places you know i go to a lot… (like target hahahha)

BAMF of the Day: With a finish time of eight hours and 25 minutes, 100-year-old Indian-born Brit Fauja Singh completed yesterday’s Toronto Waterfront marathon to become the oldest person ever to run a full marathon.
Singh was nearly forced to quit at the 35 kilometer mark, but pushed through the pain, and eventually bested his own personal goal.
More remarkable still, Singh took up running only 20 years ago, and has been running some 16 kilometers every day since.
I guess it’s true what they say: You’re only as old as you run.
